IN Lew of Rentals LLC, proudly serving the Charlotte Metro area!

We charge 50% at the time of Booking and the remainder of the balance when your booking is confirmed by voice to voice contact 48 to 72hours prior to your event.

If you cannot be reached by phone at least 24hours prior to your event for all details of your booking to be confirmed it is subject to cancellation with the loss of your booking fee. WE BILL THE FINAL BALANCE ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED.

All bookings are returned the following day unless multiple days are booked, or custom arrangements are made. No exceptions. 

We know at times things happen to prevent your event from happening, so your initial booking fee is refundable 4 days prior to your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations less than 3 days prior to your event date prevent us from renting our products to other prospective customers therefore you will forfeit the 50% booking fee paid on all bookings 3days prior to your event. 

All Bookings Less than 4 days prior to your event will be confirmed within 24 hours and final payment is due at that time. No Refunds on last minute Bookings. 

Please be advised we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather so please check the forecast accordingly. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL BOOKINGS WITHOUT NOTICE IF OUR POLICIES AND TERMS ARE BREECHED. 

*****************************DELIVERY*******************************************************

There is a $50 minimum for all Deliveries.

There is a $100 minimum on Bookings over 40miles roundtrip.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are happy to deliver to your event, however we charge 35$ for delivery for a distance of 30 miles or less round trip. We charge $60 if delivery is over 30miles round trip. If Delivery is 40 miles round trip we charge $75. If your event is 30 miles or more one-way, please contact us prior to booking so we may share the latest delivery costs at 704-303-8392. 

Ensuring you receive your rental products on time is our priority therefore we reserve the right to set customized drop off and pick up times to meet your event needs. 

Events after 12pm chairs and tables will be typically dropped off that morning between 8am and 11am. Events prior to 12pm chairs and tables will be dropped off the evening/night before.  Our Delivery Schedule is based on the based oun our delivery schedule and the needs of the business. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your rental products prior to your event.

There is an additional charge for delivery/set up if there are stairs, starting at $25. 

The goal is to ensure your delivery goes seamlessly which additionally sets the tone for a great event. With that in mind, we will contact you 48 to 72 hours prior to your event to confirm all details of the booking, if we cannot make voice to voice contact with you within 24 hours of your event, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit your initial 50% booking charge. Please confirm your delivery address, if you have provided incorrect delivery information, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund. 

Every day access is not allowed for the pickup after Delivery of our Rental Products you will be billed the daily rental cost until we obtain our products back. 

We will make every reasonable attempt to deliver your order, after we have attempted a phone call and a text and allowed for 15 minutes after we have arrived at your event location, we will leave and continue with our deliveries. if we return to deliver your requested products you are subject to a second delivery fee and a $100 surcharge. Please make sure you are available or have a representative available for delivery and to confirm by counting the order. If we have not heard from you by noon on the day of delivery, we will cancel your booking and you will forfeit all booking fees paid. 

All orders are confirmed and paid for with the credit card on file prior to your delivery. 

******************************PICK UP/DROP OFF ****************************************

There is a $20 minimum on all Pickup orders beginning, we will honor any bookings prior to this date. 

There is no charge for Pick UP and Drop Off of chairs and tables, however there is a minimum $50 hold put on your card, refundable when all our products are returned.

The Hold amount is commensurate to the booking amount.]

No deposit on Pick up orders, no booking.

All orders are confirmed and paid for with the credit card on file prior to your pickup.

A Valid ID is Required. 

We require you count your items upon pick up. We will additionally count and confirm upon return. 

The Pickup Location is 6430 W. Sugar Creek in the Food Lion Parking Lot near the Bank of America ATM. Call 704-303-8392 when you arrive. 

We value your business and respect your time therefore we set and confirm a pick-up and return time for all Pick up bookings prior to your rental period.  We understand things happen and therefore we provide a 15minute grace period for all Pick up and Return orders, if that 15minute grace period is breeched prior to pick up, we reserve the right to cancel the order and you will lose your booking fees and deposit.

Late Fee *********************************************************************

Upon Return of your Rental items at the drop off location, if you breech the grace period and or do not return all the rental items provided you will be charged a minimum $25 Late Charge. Please respect our time and contact us immediately if things happen out of your control. 

We reserve the right to charge an hourly Rental Fee of $25.00 if all rental items are not returned at the contractually agreed upon time. 

************************************SET  UP**********************************

We charge an additional 30$ if set up of chairs and tables is needed for 50 chairs or less. No additional fees for the tables including in your booking. 

If set up consist of 50 or more chairs we charge $50 for set up. No additional fees for the tables including in your booking.

A Table only booking is subject to a $50 set up charge

Each Booking regardless of Pick-up and Drop off or Delivery (which includes Pick up) are returned the following day. Pick up and drop off are typically in the morning between 8am and 12noon, regardless of your event time. 

IF SAME DAY DELIVERY AND PICK UP IS REQUIRED, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING. THERE IS A MINIMUM $150 SURCHARGE IF SAME DAY PICK UP IS REQUIRED. Additional charges may be applicable depending on the size of the Booking and the Distance. Please contact us prior to booking so we may establish clear pricing on same day delivery and pick up orders at 309-868-7710. 

*********************************Damages and Issue************************

We recommend you inspect, and WE REQUIRE YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE count all Rental products prior to the rental period and upon pick up /delivery and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged, and a correct count of rental items requested. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers are responsible for coordination with their event space to facilitate pick up, drop off and delivery. All damaged, stolen, or lost products and will be charged the fair retail value. 

If access is prohibited from obtaining our rental products the daily rate of your rental products will apply until rental products are recovered. 

Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 14-168.4 Failure to return rental property or facilitate the return of rental property is a crime and will be pursued criminally and or on a civil basis. We will additionally pursue all court costs and related recovery expenses.
